Key Activities - Regulatory awareness and influence

EEMUA maintains close links with regulatory bodies such as the GB Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and the European Commission (EC) Directorate for Enterprise and Industry.

Examples of key activities:

• Ongoing dialogue with the EC to ensure in-service provisions are not altered to the detriment of users.
• Regular consultations with the HSE, which can result in the amendment of guidelines, e.g. for storage tank floating roof drainage.
