Discussions and work carried out in EEMUA Technical Committees over the years have resulted in a number of training courses for industry.
EEMUA publications are often the starting point for new courses. The publications are developed to fulfil a need for guidance in a particular area of engineering practice or to meet new regulatory expectations. EEMUA's publications help to define or clarify what is good practice. The associated training courses then help to ensure competencies are developed and good practices are actually adopted and applied.
EEMUA provides the intellectual input to the training, updating the content as required, and works in collaboration with selected training providers. Schemes may also offer examinations and lead to a certificate of competency.
Currently, EEMUA-based training courses and competency certification schemes cover four main areas, as listed below. Follow the links provided to obtain more information.
