EEMUA is monitoring the global development of Coronavirus (Covid 19) and is following public health and Government advice in relation to staff welfare, business continuity and how the virus may affect EEMUA and its Members.
The goal for EEMUA is to continue its mission of enabling engineers worldwide to share experiences, learn, and solve problems, whilst considering the safety of everyone involved.
This will be aided by our investments in online learning and communication systems.
- EEMUA will continue to re-introduce face to face seminars and training into our schedule in 2023. Please check our online calendar for details. We will, of course, keep the situation under review.
- The Mechanical Integrity Practitioner Certificate (MIPC®), as an online course, will be unaffected, as are the suite of e-learning modules.
- At the moment EEMUA technical committees, forums and working groups will remain online. However, we will aim to re-establish some face to face meetings as the year progresses. The Technical Executives can give further details if required.
- Details for all our events, including how to book, are posted in the Calendar.
- We have developed live online formats for all our classroom courses, and these will continue to be offered alongside our face to face courses. Booking is avaliable through the website. If in doubt, please check with the office.
- Downloadable digital pdf versions of all EEMUA publications are available from the EEMUA e-shop - these are provided free of charge for EEMUA corporate members via the Knowledge Centre. We are able to supply EEMUA 186 as hard copy.
- The EEMUA contact details remain the same. We will still ensure your enquiries are routed to the most appropriate person to answer them. Internally we have policies and technology in place to cover this, and ensure the safety of our staff and their loved ones to the best of our ability.
- If you have any questions, contact us on ask@eemua.org.
