Calor Gas Ltd, the leading supplier of LPG in Britain, has become the newest member of EEMUA.
A wholly owned subsidiary of Dutch company SHV Energy, the scope of membership will cover all Calor Gas Ltd operations in Britain. This includes the company’s bulk LPG storage facility and nation-wide storage, filling and distribution sites.
EEMUA Chief Executive, Dr Stefan Kukula, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Calor Gas into membership. The company operates both top-tier and lower-tier COMAH sites across Britain and the sharing of good practice afforded by engagement in EEMUA will help support Calor in the safe operation of these industrial assets”.
Jim Lewis, Calor’s National Engineering Manager added: “The scope of EEMUA closely matches the breadth of our Operations so we are delighted to take this opportunity not only to learn from others but to help shape guidance with our own experience”.
