New techniques in inspection must offer advantages for operators if they are to achieve adoption. Our live online Inspection Seminar being held on 30 September 2021 (12.00-15.40: London, 13.00-16.40: Rotterdam, 06.00-09.40: Houston) will be looking at the bottom-line benefits currently achievable, and issues holding back adoption of some techniques.

The four sessions for this half-day event will be focusing on welding inspection, robotic in-service tank floor inspection, pipeline inspection, and the use of non-destructive evaluation to determine fitness for service of polymeric materials – both reinforced and unreinforced.

All those involved in the specification, procurement, or execution of inspection services on industrial sites should find the seminar of use. It is open to all in industry, with EEMUA Members and Associates being able to attend free upon registration. There are limited, reduced rate spaces available to staff and full-time students from higher education establishments. Further details and how to register can be found here.

EEMUA seminars are a great way to gain knowledge and hear first-hand about lessons learned with industrial plant. They regularly attract delegates from across the international engineering community. With the underlying theme of safe and effective industrial asset management, the objective is to provide insights into current topics of interest. The seminars also provide the chance to engage with others who face similar challenges in optimising plant safety, quality, cost and performance.
