EEMUA 159 CompeTank® is the official EEMUA training, assessment and certification scheme for tank integrity assessors, engineers, managers and others responsible for process safety and for the safe operation and maintenance of in-service storage tanks for bulk fluids. CompeTank courses are based on EEMUA Publication 159 and other internationally recognised user guides developed by EEMUA, as well as other industry publications, regulations and formal standards.
Three courses are offered within the scheme: TankIntro™, TankAssessor™ and TankManager.
EEMUA is currently looking to recruit engineers with tank storage experience to become trainers for the TankIntro and TankAssessor English courses. Training will be provided to successful applicants. A full job description can be found here.
