‘Inventors and Innovators’ – celebrating women engineers who dare to be part of the solution to a brighter future

EEMUA is again supporting the annual International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) on 23 June and aiming to help inspire many more young girls and women to consider engineering as a career.

INWED celebrates the work that women engineers around the world are doing to support lives and livelihoods every day. This year’s theme profiles the best, brightest and bravest women in engineering, the inventors and innovators who dare to be part of the solution and are helping to build towards a brighter future.

Join EEMUA on 22 June when we will be holding a roundtable discussion (free online 14:30-16:00, UK time) on the importance of women and young people in engineering and how to set foot in the engineering industry, the dos and don’ts, as well as the common struggles.

In addition to this discussion, on 23 June we will post an interview with Andrea Guerra, VP Subsurface at Neptune Energy.
