The 'Early Years Industry Award' is a new award set up by EEMUA to recognise the efforts of new starters within the engineering field in EEMUA Member companies.
Anyone who has completed an Apprenticeship or Degree within the last three years and is actively working for an EEMUA Member company is eligible to enter. You can check here to see the EEMUA membership.
Applications need to include a 10-minute video / presentation on a topic of the candidate’s choosing, focused around their achievements at this early stage in their career, and completion of a questionnaire. There is a £1,500 cash prize, along with a seat on the EEMUA Council for 12 months. The winner will effectively become an “EEMUA ambassador”, promoting the wider industry (and the organisation).
