These forms and checklists are provided as an aid to readers of the Third edition of EEMUA Publication 201 Control rooms: a guide to their specification, design, commissioning and operation who may be in the process of implementing a new or modified control room. They are based on those in the EEMUA Publication 201 Appendices and contain brief pointers to the appropriate places in the publication where relevant explanatory information may be found. The forms and checklists are provided only on the basis that they will be used for the purpose of gathering information as required for the processes and procedures outlined in the publication.
