Event Details

This year's conference is themed Reducing risks, increasing competency and optimising OPEX and consists of a half-day workshop followed by a one-day conference.

The interactive technology workshop on the afternoon of Wednesday 19 November 2025, will explore how to  reduce the impact of asset integrity on production, through more focussed asset integrity schemes, the deployment of advanced technologies and the leveraging of artificial intelligence. The workshop will include facilitated sessions, with delegate participation, including transformation of asset integrity on high hazard facilities and demonstrations of advanced NDT technologies and their effectiveness.

Artificial intelligence and advanced NDT technologies provide opportunities to ensure ongoing asset integrity whilst reducing turnaround / intervention duration, costs and safety risks by:

  • Replacing internal inspections with non-invasive inspections.

  • Introducing on stream non-invasive technologies, including TOFD, PAUT, LRUT, PEC, AET which provide more dynamic asset integrity assessment.

  • Reducing HSE risks and turnaround duration by replacing radiation testing with advanced NDT technologies.

The one-day conference on Thursday 20 November will home in on:

  • Reviewing recent developments and challenges in implementing asset integrity management.

  • The deployment of best practice frameworks, non-intrusive technologies, robotics and AI on process facilities.

The EEMUA team will be attending the event with Operations Director John Lilley chairing the panel session of the conference.
