Biography:

Chris Owens is a Senior Engineer at ROSEN UK, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with a focus on assessing unpiggable pipelines. He has been at ROSEN for eight years, specializing in Fitness-for-Purpose assessments, primarily using in-line inspection data. 

He now applies this expertise to ROSEN’s Non-Intrusive Pipeline Assessment (NIPA) service, adapting established integrity methodologies to evaluate challenging or difficult to inspect assets.

Chris has also lived and worked in Canada and Norway, where he collaborated with a wide range of clients across diverse operating environments. This international experience has equipped him with a strong ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver practical, client-focused solutions.
