This 45 min webinar will provide an opportunity to explore how we can make intentional steps to manage situations, relationships and projects/programs using the subtle art of influencing and negotiating skills. 


Presented by Dave Bright, an experienced and well proven Senior Leader and Coach within the high hazard industrial processing and manufacturing sectors.

Dave has held senior leadership positions throughout the differing processes and functions within the steel industry over 36 years. He was the company mechanical engineer as well as leading on asset integrity and management of reliability. He has undertaken European roles to reinvigorate operational excellence and the leadership approach in the business. More recently he undertook the UK role to deliver a change in the approach to Process Safety across multi-site high hazard installations using the 8 Principles of Process Safety Leadership. He held positions within EEMUA for over 15 years with the last 6 years as a Non-Executive Director of the Board. 

Dave's passion is to coach, lead, and motivate people to achieve the required goals in both industry and endurance sport. He has proven interpersonal skills at all levels from shop floor to Board level. He helps leaders achieve structured improvement activity through the use of recognised change and lean management techniques to enable business change to be delivered for a variety of subjects (SQDCP).
