Introduction
Viewport3 will present how high‑accuracy visual and 3D subsea inspection can reveal the true condition of underwater assets long after installation. Drawing on 10 years of industry experience, the session will feature three real case studies covering mooring chain assessments in Brazilian waters, verification of a suspected pipeline deformation, and ultra‑high‑precision corrosion pitting measurements on a platform leg.The presentation will include redacted reports, live 3D geometry demonstrations, and practical insights into 3D scanning methods, challenges, and data accuracy. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions about workflows and subsea inspection techniques.
