EEMUA is pleased to announce that First Hydro Company has joined the Association as a corporate member.
First Hydro Company, part of ENGIE’s flexible generation business, operates the Dinorwig and Ffestiniog pumped storage hydroelectric power stations in North Wales. Together, these plants contribute the majority of the UK’s pumped storage hydro capacity and play a vital role in providing rapid-response power to the national grid at times of system stress or intermittent power supply.
By joining EEMUA, the company becomes part of a community dedicated to improving asset integrity, safety and performance across industry. EEMUA looks forward to working with them, helping support the safe and efficient operation of their industrial assets.
