We are pleased to announce the shortlists for this year’s EEMUA Early Years Industry Award.
This award celebrates outstanding individuals in the early stages of their career who have demonstrated achievement, innovation, and excellence in engineering.
Our Awards Committee had some difficult decisions to make in coming up with the list. The standard was once again very high, and the shortlisted candidates should be proud of an amazing achievement. The candidates are:
Early Years Industry Award (Corporate Members)
• Rahimah Mohammed (BOC)
• Holly McGowan (National Grid Grain)
• Beth Aitken (Phillips 66)
• Asgar Naghili (BP)
Early Years Industry Award (Associates)
• Sam Williamson (TUV Rheinland)
• Kevin Joby (TUV Rheinland)
Congratulations to Rahimah, Holly, Beth, Asgar, Sam and Kevin.
The winners will be announced on 12 November 2025 at the EEMUA Annual Dinner in Knutsford, UK. The Dinner is a great occasion for celebration and networking, open to everyone in EEMUA membership and approved stakeholders. This year will be extra special as we celebrate EEMUA’s 75th anniversary. Our guest speaker on the night is Tim Harford, an economist, broadcaster and bestselling author, celebrated for making complex ideas accessible and engaging. His speech promises to be inspiring and thought-provoking, delivered with a unique blend of insight, storytelling, and wit. It should be a great evening in all respects.
All the details on the Dinner can be found here.
EEMUA would like to thank our Annual Dinner and Awards sponsors: TesTex, E-ON, CompEx and UM Terminals.
