Improving the performance of industrial assets

Each of EEMUA's working groups has a nominated person from the EEMUA Executive to act as its coordinator/facilitator.

Working groups are typically a subset of relevant committee(s) but can have wider contributors. Here, operator experiences are be shared with the common aim of improving the safety, environmental and operating performance of industrial assets. Members can come together for face-to-face networking or to produce industry-leading technical guidance. The EEMUA Knowledge Centre puts this experience our Members' and Associates’ disposal – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In summary, collaborative efforts and participation in EEMUA work programmes contribute towards the safety, environmental and operating performance of industrial facilities in the most cost-effective way.

Examples of key benefits:

  • Achieve the best combination of operational efficiency and effectiveness, safety and risk management and environmental protection by active participation in EEMUA work programmes.
  • Manage assets more effectively to lead development of good practice and protect company interests.
  • Increase confidence both within your organisation and amongst stakeholders that physical assets are being managed efficiently.
