EEMUA plays an important role in meeting the challenge of keeping storage tanks operating safely, efficiently and cost effectively. Complying with guidance, such as EEMUA 159, a globally accepted user guide for inspecting and maintaining cylindrical, above ground, steel storage tanks, is vital to the safe and long-term operation of storage tanks.
Our annual tank storage seminar will examine various aspects of above ground storage tank management including emissions control, hazard location classifications and innovative tank bottom inspection techniques. The seminar will also include presentations on lessons learned in the nuclear industry and lessons learned from incidents. Members of the audience will be invited to share their views on frequently asked questions about EEMUA publications.
